As we continue to expand into new territories and industries, we are actively seeking a motivated and talented Business Development Representative to generate new client leads in the enterprise space, contribute to our pipeline growth, and support sales teams in closing new contracts and driving revenue.

Role and Responsibilities
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing new qualified sales opportunities for the Aurachain platform. Your primary focus will be generating leads according to the Ideal Customer Profile and supporting the direct sales team in closing deals through engaging prospects, in the EMEA region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing target prospect lists and conducting daily outreach through calls, emails, and networking efforts.
- Identifying prospect needs and goals and persuading them to commit to discovery calls with the sales team.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns.
- Meeting and exceeding established goals for generating qualified sales opportunities.
- Researching business drivers and tailoring the initial approach using media, industry publications, and networking.
- Communicating the Aurachain value proposition effectively to key decision-makers.
- Supporting direct sales counterparts throughout the sales engagement lifecycle.
- Providing timely reporting on sales activities in Hubspot CRM.
- Contributing to the fine-tuning of the BDR function as part of Aurachain’s go-to-market strategy.
- Staying updated on products, market conditions, competitive activities, and industry trends.
- Representing Aurachain at regional events organized by both direct and partner-driven initiatives.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B enterprise sales and business development, preferably in the SaaS space or other fast-paced sales environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English – C2 level required (knowledge of a second language is a plus).
- Proven track record of exceeding quota targets.
- Demonstrable experience in prospecting to technical and line of business stakeholders, including mid-management and C-level executives.
- Strong business acumen and solution selling skills to deliver compelling customer solutions.
- Ability to establish clear value propositions through excellent communication.
- Demonstrates urgency and a proactive attitude towards taking action.
- Embraces challenges as opportunities for growth, handles rejection with resilience, and approaches each interaction with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Data-driven, organized and proficient with standard corporate tools (Office 365, Hubspot, etc.) and sales enablement technologies.
