Role and Responsibilities
You will be at the forefront of our organization, supporting our colleagues and promoting a positive and innovative work culture. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities for Romania (mainly), including recruitment, onboarding and separation, employee relations, labour laws, performance management, policy development, and compliance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our HR practices and ensure overall success.
Key responsibilities include
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, job posting, resume screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, feedback, etc.) and personnel files across the employee lifecycle;
- Lead the charge in creating a seamless onboarding experience that makes new team members feel welcomed, engaged, and equipped for success;
- Provide trusted guidance and support to employees and managers on various HR matters, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, employment laws and regulations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions;
- Adapt HR initiatives and programs to address the changing needs of our organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote employee engagement, retention, and growth;
- Develop, implement, monitor and review HR processes, policies, and documentation to ensure accuracy, efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement;
- Create and maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring confidentiality and data privacy;
- Administer employee benefits, ensure timely processing of monthly timesheets, manage internal and external reporting tasks (REGES; National Institute of Statistics; medical provider, etc.);
- Other duties as assigned from time to time (e.g., employee surveys, internal communication, third party providers coordination, employee experience initiatives, industry benchmark, etc.).
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field);
- Advanced level of language knowledge for both English (C1) and Romanian (C2);
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships;
- Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment, with a knack for identifying top talent and creating a captivating candidate experience;
- Solid experience (preferably > 4 years) as an HR Generalist or similar role in a multinational environment, demonstrating adaptability and proactivity even in cases with incomplete information;
- Thorough understanding of HR best practices, industry norms, employment laws and regulations, with a focus on navigating challenges and finding practical solutions;
- Highly structured, with keen attention to detail and learning opportunities;
- Resolve HR matters with empathy and professionalism, maintaining flexibility and integrity;
- Self-actualized, organized and proficient with standard corporate tools (Office 365, etc.).
