As an Implementation Consultant in Aurachain you will work on configuring basic or standard product features, build-out custom functionality, and help educate and train clients and partners.

As part of our Delivery Center team, the Implementation Consultant is responsible for all functional aspects of ensuring that customers adopt our platform in a manner in which it addresses their business challenges. In this capacity, you will have technical savviness to understand a customer’s business drivers and recommend solutions through using Aurachain platform.

The Implementation Consultant plays a critical role to help customers accelerate their use of Aurachain platform and best practices.

Required Skills

• University degree in computer science or economics (computers, banking, finances, economics etc.)
• English & Romanian C level – Proficient user (speaking & writing)
• 3+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant or in client facing roles providing implementation activities
• Previous experience in delivering configurable platform-based enterprise solutions across various business
• Experience in using low-code platforms (examples could include: Bizagi, OutSystems, SalesForce, Appian, other enterprise platforms
• Good JavaScript knowledge
• Understand database structures related to solution approaches or configuration requirement
• Proficient in business process modeling using BPMN and UML notation
• Blockchain technology know how is a plus
• Comfortable with both Waterfall and Agile Methodologies
• Possesses strong problem solving, analytical skills and a strong desire to innovate and learn new technologies and techniques
• Strong planning, organizational and time management skills
• Ability to switch between projects and multitask
• Ability to work both independently to provide solutions to the client and as part of a team to accomplish tasks
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

• Passionate about Blockchain and new technologies

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end design & implementation of projects, using Aurachain Platform, as functional expert

o   participate in client workshops to help shape best fit solution for a certain process area

o   partner with clients & partners to understand their requirements and to implement valuable application

o   design and propose solutions that meet business needs and are aligned with product capabilities

o   execute project implementation

–  configure and implement applications

–  write code to perform customized functions

–  implement the integration with 3rd party systems/tools

o   execute application testing

o   conduct demos and walkthroughs

o   own the creation of use and/or test cases and facilitate/ participate in system tests

o   support for production Roll-out

• Work closely with pre-sales, business consultants, project managers, and others internal subject matter experts to ensure a smooth implementation and transition from start-up to integration/production mode
• Take ownership and have personal initiative to research and resolve customer issues in the implementation phase
• Develop and conduct platform presentations, demonstrations, webinars, proof of concepts, customer enablement sessions, functional and end-users trainings to all levels of existing and prospective customers
• Manage the parallel implementation of several small to medium sized applications
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customer’s stakeholders to ensure customer success
• Maintain regular communication and coordination with both the customer and internal teams, and effectively manage client’s expectations
• Work with the sales and presales division to identify reusable solutions to improve generic proof of concepts (POC’s) offering, as well as opportunities to replicate use cases

Travel:
●   up to  30 % of work time
