Aurachain is a spin-off of a 15-year-old globally awarded and recognized provider of process automation solutions. Building on last year’s launch of Business Development operations in the UK and in anticipation of the imminent signing of its series B investment, the company is poised for significant expansion over the next year across the UK, Europe and North America.
With this, we are looking for knowledgeable and team oriented Technical Client Engagement consultant to support our ambitious go to market efforts with clients and partners.
Role and Responsibilities
· Team up with sales reps and other areas of our organization to support and drive new business and client adoption.
· Understand our clients’ problems and work out creative and impactful solutions to resolve them with Aurachain.
· Establish yourself as an Aurachain platform expert, capable of have in depth conversations about its capabilities and value.
· Showcase the Aurachain platform in demonstrations for business or technology client stakeholders.
· Lead the design and delivery of impactful and solution oriented PoCs or tailored demos.
· Understand new business problems in multiple domains to design and implement demo applications in Aurachain.
· Engage in technical conversations with client IT specialists in multiple technology disciplines.
· Represent Aurachain in an outstanding way in client meetings and events.
· Recognize, capture and provide feedback about Product capabilities resulting from sales engagement experiences.
· Collaborate with internal teams and partners in multiple parallel pursuits.
· Own responses to functional and technology related aspects of proposals (including RFPs).
· Support the Sales organization in strategizing and qualifying leads.
· Ensuring smooth transition of new clients to Customer Success colleagues.
· You will work from home with regular travel as required by clients.
Desired Skills & Experience:
· Experienced in pre-sales or technology consulting roles, with significant client-facing exposure. Background working for software vendors in enterprise software sales is an important plus.
· Inspirational and confident communicator, able to grasp customers attention by adding value to all conversations. Can demonstrate a deep proficiency with the product and communicate both the underlying technical aspects and business value of those offerings.
· Comfortable talking to both technical and business stakeholders.
· Strong leading customer conversations around their problems and potential solutions. Confident organizing and leading client workshops.
· Technologist with passion for modern solutions and confident interacting with all kinds of technology individuals in small to large organizations.
· Developer background is a plus, with solid knowledge of solutions design, database modelling, application connectivity (APIs, etc.) and Javascript.
· Experience and up to date market knowledge on process automation, low code, or BPM technologies a big plus.
· A tenacious researcher that digs deep to find answers even when they are not obvious.
· Ability to truly and pro-actively collaborate with multiple internal and external teams.
· Proud about making things happen with a sense of urgency and relentless focus on the goal at hand.
· Driven, passionate and inspirational in everything you do.
Compensation
The compensation for this position will be comprised of base salary which will be commensurate with experience.
